Comex International is a trading company which deals in Construction materials, industrial plant
equipment like CNC sheet bending and shearing machines, beveling machines, all type of stud welding
machines and studs etc.
To promote and achieve sales for the allotted products, achieving sales target, performing all
professional actions, complying with business ethics, needed to reach the target.
To visit our customers on regular basis in order to increase our sales and regular inspection for all the
sold machines for the preventive maintenance.
To achieve the set sales targets given by the management and development of new customers.
To solve the after sales service issues and problems in the machines, whenever requested by the
Customer.
To submit offers and to have the regular follow up for finalization.
To submit the Client Visits reports on weekly basis.
To submit the status of the active offers on weekly basis.
To install the CNC and other machines at customer site and provide training to customer’s official and
workers team.

Make Knowledge base and the processes so strong that the customers are able to find all the necessary
information online and reduce the personal contact with support executives.
Make sure servers are smooth and working fine at an optimal level all the time.
Super vision of maintenance of routers and other devices.
Making sure office network is running smoothly.
Install softwares and fixed laptops if there is any problem.
Being rapport with customers.
Assist customers trouble shoot any problem they are facing to get the DID numbers on their server.
Assist customers via Comm Live Chat, Google Talk, Skype and Phone
Priority is to make sure all customers are answered max in one hours from the time of first contact and
then an update needed to be sent every hour via ticket until the case is closed.
Servers should not be rebooted more then once a month.
Researching ways to make our systems faster and effective by subscribing yourself to Asterisk Business
List, Ser or any other Voip development forums or lists.
To submit enquiries to our various suppliers for obtaining quotations.
To prepare comparison sheets for finalizing Purchase Orders.
To search new Customers who normally use the products we supplied.
To visit our new and existing customers for good Customer relationship management.
To prepare quotations for submitting our Customers as per their required specifications.
To carry out the investigation of the faults in the machines/appliances for rectification at Customers site.
To attend the tender openings at various organizations.
